Standard equipment in general:
The paving plants consists of several individual units (e.g. distributor, paver, dowel placer, finisher, tents) and are rail- or track-mounted. Slip-form finishers are equipped with crawler tracks and combine the working functions of spreading, compacting and finishing in a single machine equipped with a levelling system. The working functions of dowel or bolt placing may also be located directly in the slip-form finisher.
Slipform finisher with 2 crawler units for the construction of one-layer or two-layer concrete road pavements and concrete surfaces with the use of one or two concrete mix formulas. The construction in the form of two layers requires one bottom and one top concrete finisher. The machine comprises the working functions of spreading, compacting, profiling, dowelling and bolting (single-layer construction with a machine without dowelling and bolting equipment), screeding and post-screeding. The placing level and the steering is controlled by a prestressed wire follower resp. by means of reference heights with a computer-controlled electro-hydraulic levelling system. Bottom concrete finisher without dowel and bolt placing equipment, top concrete finisher with longitudinal and transversal screeder or machine for single-layer or two-layer construction.
