DIN 459-1 defines the nominal capacity as the technical parameter. Nominal capacity = volume of the fresh concrete produced in one working cycle and in compacted condition (compaction rate 1.45). If the mixer size is specified together with dry fill quantity, the following rule applies:
Dry fill quantity = nominal capacity x 1.5
Counter-rotating agitator in the centre of the mixer for use as built-in unit in batching and mixing plants.
With: filling and discharge hopper, steel frame and electric motors for mixer, agitator as well as tilting mechanism.
Without: control unit.
