Safes are divided in safety classes which depend on the amount of the insurance fees payable. Data safes are divided in
4 fire safety classes and
3 burglary safety. classes.
The three burglary safety classes correspond as far as the insurance classification is concerned to the values of Euro/VdS class 1 to. 3.
If a VdS-approved alarm system is provided, the values of the insurance classification are doubled.
Insurance classification:
Safety level A single-shell construction.
Safety level B multi-shell construction.
Euro/VdS class 1 multi-shell construction.
Euro/VdS class 2 multi-shell construction.
Euro/VdS class 3 multi-shell construction.
Euro/VdS class 4 multi-shell construction.
Euro/VdS class 5 multi-shell construction.
The mean new values indicated are applied for:
the safes of safety class A,
the data safes (Y.3.51) for Euro/VdS 1.
The dimensions indicated are the internal dimensions of the safes.
