Standard equipment in general:
The paving plants consists of several individual units (e.g. distributor, paver, dowel placer, finisher, tents) and are rail- or track-mounted. Slip-form finishers are equipped with crawler tracks and combine the working functions of spreading, compacting and finishing in a single machine equipped with a levelling system. The working functions of dowel or bolt placing may also be located directly in the slip-form finisher.
Working functions: spreading, compacting, profiling, dowelling and bolting, screeding and post-screeding by the finisher. Machine with 2 slewable and steerable crawler unit for the construction of concrete pavements and concrete surfaces inside the chassis.
The placing level and the steering is controlled by a prestressed wire follower resp. by means of reference heights with a computer-controlled electro-hydraulic levelling system.
Without dowelling and bolting equipment, post-screeding unit.
