DIN 459-1 defines the nominal capacity as the technical parameter. Nominal capacity = volume of the fresh concrete produced in one working cycle and in compacted condition (compaction rate 1.45). If the mixer size is specified together with dry fill quantity, the following rule applies:
Dry fill quantity = nominal capacity x 1.5
Fixed cylindrical mixing pan with vertical axis. Agitator comprising a concentric rotor with 1 to 4 mixer arms equipped with rotating mixing stars.
Electric drive motor for agitator, compressed air or hydraulically operated discharge gate.
With simple dust collector.
