In the following positions, the MOV is not only determined by the unit, but also by weight or by area as a piece-by-piece listing does not make sense due to the multitude of elements.
This method permits fixing the MOV for each part, as the weight and the area of each individual part are indicated in the manufacturers' lists of articles.
In the case of formwork elements supplied with shuttering skin, the latter is written off together with the frame.
The maintenance costs and the costs for replacement of the shuttering skin - except for damage caused by violence - are included in the repair rates.
Wall formwork elements are standard elements of steel or aluminium section frames with several cross ribs and permanently fixed formwork skin. Available in various standardized heights and widths. The size of the frame formwork elements is based on a modular grid permitting the realization of formwork surfaces of different dimensions with only a few element sizes. The formwork elements are assembled with special connecting accessories to form greater units.
All steel elements galvanized.

Group 5: 5001 – 5999 heavy standard formwork elements, including a ca. 21 mm glued multilayer wooden board, with film coating.
Steel-frame constructions can also have a ca. 4 mm-thick steel-sheet lining painted on the outside and waxed on the inside.
The elements can be moved economically from one location to another only by means of lifting gear.
