For the reduction of emergency air pressure from 7 to 3 bars. Mainly used in compressed-air-assisted drivings for adjusting the air from external compressors to the pressure level required in situ. The compressed-air safety regulations require for safety reasons that the whole control system is installed in double and connected to two separate line systems.
Mainly consisting of the 20¨ ISO standard container with 2 inlet and 2 outlet lines with shutoff valves for switching over of the pressure lines in the event of pipe bursts. Measuring flange for quantity measurements, electrical measuring transducer, control valves, control and pilot station, two-line recorder for the continuous registration of pressure and quantity delivered. Switch cabinet for the 24 V power supply of the measuring and control unit. In the event of mains failures, the emergency power supply is maintained by means of rechargeable batteries. Automatic battery charger. Pressure reducer for reducing the emergency air pressure from 7 to 3 bars. Switch cabinet for emergency operation with 4 start-stop devices for the automatic start of the emergency power generators or the diesel compressors.
