Compaction depth 10 to 25 cm.
Suitable for levelling, compacting and smoothing of concrete floors, screeds and sand surfaces and consisting of drive unit and working unit as simple vibrating beam screed or as frame screed.
Beam screeds are mainly made of steel sections, whereas frame screeds are made of wear-resistant aluminium alloys.
The smoothness for working width greater than 3.00 m is achieved by prestressing (superelevating) the working unit.
The superelevation of frame screeds is adjustable by means of a prestressing device.
With drive motor, one working unit.
operating pressure 5 to 7 bars, compressed air consumption 0.5 up to 1.5 m³/min.
Central external vibrator with two tie-rods, regulator valve, express coupling, screen and sound absorber.
