Suitable for levelling, compacting and smoothing of concrete floors, screeds and sand surfaces and consisting of drive unit and working unit as simple vibrating beam screed or as frame screed.
Beam screeds are mainly made of steel sections, whereas frame screeds are made of wear-resistant aluminium alloys.
The smoothness for working width greater than 3.00 m is achieved by prestressing (superelevating) the working unit.
The superelevation of frame screeds is adjustable by means of a prestressing device.
With drive motor, one working unit.
The double beam is equipped at equal distances with individual vibrators and synchronously driven by an electric motor or a combustion engine (2 kW) via an encased shaft with each frame rod being equipped with a tensioning device. Motor/engine, shaft and working attachment form a single unit. With electric motor or combustion engine.
