Standard equipment in general:
The paving plants consists of several individual units (e.g. distributor, paver, dowel placer, finisher, tents) and are rail- or track-mounted. Slip-form finishers are equipped with crawler tracks and combine the working functions of spreading, compacting and finishing in a single machine equipped with a levelling system. The working functions of dowel or bolt placing may also be located directly in the slip-form finisher.
Basic machine with 3 steerable crawler unit in rigid frames for the construction of concrete pavements, concrete lanes or monolithic concrete profiles inside and outside of the chassis. Working functions: spreading, compacting, profiling, if required, screeding and post-screeding by finisher. The placing level and the steering is controlled by a prestressed wire follower resp. by means of reference heights with a computer-controlled electro-hydraulic levelling system, with equipment for monolithic shapes, The construction of concrete areas is possible with the appropriate equipment.
